Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if the information that we make available on this website is not accurate or complete. Any reliance upon the material on this website shall be at your own risk. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor any changes to the material and the information contained on this website.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices shown on the product page is excluding GST, but it would be added at the time of checkout. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We may change the specifications of any goods from time to time and we are not required to notify you of such a change.
We only accept major credit cards and bank deposits.
Please contact our office to make arrangements for any other payment method.
All goods offered for sale are subject to available stock.
If an item is out of stock in our warehouse, then it would take approximately 2-8 weeks for the goods to be restocked.
You are responsible for checking stock availability with us prior to purchase.
Our current standard turnaround for all orders is 6-8 weeks from payment confirmation.
Delivery date may be agreed upon but is not guaranteed.
Customer would be well advised to contact us prior to placing any urgent order.
We operate from multiple locations and ship orders from our warehouses in both Australia and China.
If an item is out of stock in our Australian warehouse, we may dispatch it from China, which will incur a longer turnaround time than usual.

Delivery of order will only commence after payment has been processed/validated.
We give our couriers an ATL (Authority to Leave) authorisation, to avoid re-delivery fees and collection issues from freight depots, being incurred by our customers.
All our parcels are traceable, but depending on the courier company, may not require a signature for delivery. We do not accept responsibility or cost for parcels once they have been scanned as delivered by the courier company. Please advise, prior to dispatch, if you are concerned about goods being left unattended on your doorstep.
We are not liable for any late delivery or non-delivery and it is your responsibility to contact couriers directly to solve any delivery issues.
Late delivery or non-delivery caused by couriers does not entitle you to cancel your order.
We do not deliver outside of Australia via this website. Please contact us directly if you want delivery elsewhere in the world.
You can return an item to us for a refund or exchange if you:
- Have a change of mind within 28 days of purchase and the item is unused - customer is responsible for all return & exchange freight charges.
- Received a damaged and/or faulty item - return & exchange freight is payable by us.
- Received an incorrect item - return & exchange freight is payable by us.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to process and appear back in the same account used to place your order.
Please note, delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
